Textile committee , Mumbai will now test and certify the personal protective Equipment (PPE) body cover all required for health care workers and other Covid 19 warriors.
The national accreditation body, national accreditation board for testing & calibration laboratories has approved the lab faculty under the textile committe
Now, total 9 laborite are making PPE in India.
*Textile committee is a stuatory body established in 1963 through an Act of Parliament and is under the administrative control of the ministry of Textiles.*
*The chairman of the committee is nominated by the Government*
